Effective Date: October 15, 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at limsizy.pro and any related services, content, features, deliverables, and communications provided by Limsizy (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, requesting a quote, placing an order, signing a statement of work, submitting materials, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Limsizy is a voiceover-and-dubbing-studio business providing, among other things, the following services:
- Voiceover recording and production;
- Dubbing and localization services;
- Script adaptation for voiceover and dubbing purposes;
- Audio editing, mastering, mixing, and post-production;
- Talent coordination and session management;
- File delivery in agreed formats;
- Project consultations and quotations.
Service details, timelines, deliverables, revision allowances, and pricing may be set out in a proposal, quotation, order confirmation, statement of work, or other written agreement issued by Limsizy. In the event of any conflict between such written project-specific terms and these Terms, the project-specific terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Limsizy may refuse, suspend, or discontinue any project or Service at its discretion where the content is unlawful, harmful, offensive, defamatory, misleading, infringing, technically infeasible, or otherwise inconsistent with the standards of the business.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting or using the Services;
- Ensure that all scripts, source materials, references, and instructions submitted to Limsizy are lawful and do not infringe the rights of any third party;
- Obtain all necessary consents, licences, permissions, releases, and approvals required for your content, including talent rights, music rights, trademark permissions, and model or personality rights where applicable;
- Not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable;
- Not use the Services to violate applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, intellectual property, or anti-spam laws;
- Review all deliverables promptly and notify Limsizy of any material issues within a reasonable time after delivery;
- Maintain backups of your own materials and final deliverables once received.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of materials provided to Limsizy and for the ultimate use of any deliverables.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions
All fees, payment schedules, taxes, and currency details will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, or statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quotation or, if no period is stated, for a reasonable time only;
- Invoices are payable in full by the due date indicated on the invoice;
- Limsizy may require a deposit, milestone payment, or full prepayment before production begins;
- Deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding amounts, including applicable taxes and charges, are paid in full;
- Late payments may incur interest at the maximum lawful rate permitted under applicable Canadian law, or if no rate is specified, a commercially reasonable rate;
- You are responsible for any bank charges, wire fees, chargeback fees, or currency conversion costs incurred in connection with your payment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable once production has commenced, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or where Limsizy agrees in writing to a refund.
If you dispute an invoice, you must notify Limsizy in writing before the payment due date and provide reasonable details of the dispute. You agree to pay any undisputed portion on time.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing. Because voiceover and dubbing work often involves scheduling talent, reserving studio time, and commencing creative production, cancellation rights and refunds are limited as follows, unless a project-specific agreement provides otherwise:
- If you cancel before work begins, Limsizy may refund amounts paid less any non-recoverable administrative, booking, or transaction fees;
- If work has started, you may be charged for all work completed, reserved studio time, talent costs, script adaptation, editing, and other expenses incurred up to the cancellation date;
- Deposits are generally non-refundable unless Limsizy states otherwise in writing;
- No refund will be provided for completed or partially completed custom work, delivered files, or unused approved revisions, except as required by applicable law;
- If Limsizy is unable to perform materially due to its own fault and cannot reasonably cure the issue, a pro-rated refund or re-performance may be offered at Limsizy’s discretion and subject to applicable law.
Any dissatisfaction with creative style, voice performance preference, or subjective artistic interpretation does not automatically entitle you to a refund if the Services were delivered substantially in accordance with the agreed brief.
6. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Limsizy, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Limsizy arising out of or relating to any claim under these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Limsizy for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or CAD $500, whichever is greater, unless a higher limitation is required by applicable law.
Limsizy does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every intended purpose. You acknowledge that final use of audio or dubbing deliverables in broadcast, online, commercial, or other media is your responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that may not lawfully be limited in Canada.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Subject to full payment of all amounts due and unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Pre-existing materials, templates, workflows, tools, software, know-how, and methodologies used by Limsizy remain the property of Limsizy or its licensors;
- You retain ownership of the content, scripts, trademarks, and other materials you provide to Limsizy, subject to the rights you grant to Limsizy to use them solely for performing the Services;
- Upon full payment, you receive the rights expressly assigned or licensed to you in the applicable project agreement or invoice terms, which may include a licence or assignment of the final delivered audio files as specified for the project;
- Any rights in voice talent performances, background assets, sound design, music, or third-party materials are subject to the relevant licences, releases, and usage restrictions;
- You may not resell, sublicense, edit beyond the scope permitted, or otherwise exploit deliverables except as expressly authorized in writing by Limsizy or by the applicable rights holder.
Unless specifically stated in writing, Limsizy reserves the right to use non-confidential excerpts of completed work, project descriptions, and client names or logos in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials for self-promotional purposes, subject to any reasonable written confidentiality restrictions agreed in advance.
If you believe any content infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact Limsizy using the contact information below.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Limsizy collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including, where applicable, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other relevant provincial laws.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information necessary to provide the Services, manage client relationships, process payments, maintain records, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the nature of the project, Limsizy may process personal information contained in scripts, recordings, emails, billing records, contact details, and technical usage data. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you submit to Limsizy has been collected and disclosed lawfully.
Limsizy may use service providers, contractors, or hosting and communication tools located in Canada or other jurisdictions, subject to appropriate contractual or other safeguards as appropriate. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed outside your province or outside Canada, where permitted by law.
For privacy-related questions, requests, or complaints, contact Limsizy at the details listed in Section 12.
9. Force Majeure
Limsizy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, extreme weather, pandemic, epidemic, labour disputes, strikes, government action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, utility failures, internet outages, equipment failure, illness, or the unavailability of voice talent or third-party service providers.
In the event of force majeure, Limsizy may extend timelines, suspend performance, substitute personnel or resources where appropriate, or terminate the affected project if performance remains impracticable for a prolonged period. Any fees already earned for completed work and non-recoverable costs may remain payable.
10. Changes to Terms
Limsizy may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon posting the revised Terms on limsizy.pro or otherwise making them available to you, unless a later effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
Changes will not retroactively alter any project-specific agreement already in effect unless both parties agree in writing or unless required by law.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them, the Services, or any related transaction shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

If any invalid or unenforceable provision cannot be reformed, it shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms.
